超低渗透油田多层系开发钻井技术

根据长庆超低渗透油田多层系叠合以及大井组丛式定向井为主、水平井为辅开发的特点,着力开展多层系开发配套技术攻关研究。介绍了多层系开发的方案研究设计,在井身剖面优化、井口钻井排序及防碰绕障技术措施、钻具组合设计等研究的基础上,开辟两个先导性试验区,进行了40余口井钻井试验,形成了多层系开发钻井工厂化作业配套技术,以先导性试验区之一的HQ油田B6井区为例,说明了设计方案的可行性,现场试验中靶率100%,井身质量全部合格,提高了机械钻速,试油产量提高1-2倍。According to development characteristics of Changqing ultra- low permeability oilfield,the matching technologies of multi- layer development were studied and the multi- layer development plan was designed. These techniques were used successfully in 40 wells through the optimizing well profile and well head drilling sorting,and studying anti- collision technical measures and designing BHA,and the drilling 'factory'operation technologies of multi- layer development has been formed. Taking B6 well field of HQ oilfield as example,the feasibility of design proposal was proved,the target rate was high up 100%,the well bore quality was completely qualified,the ROP was enhanced,and the oil yield was increased by 1 ~ 2times.
